You'll have 15-20 minutes of instruction and basic preparation on the ground, before boarding the aircraft with our experienced tandem instructor.
The flight up will take around fifteen minutes so sit back, relax, and enjoy the spectacular scenery New Zealand has to offer. About two thirds of the way up you will get a final check as our tandem master securely snaps your harness to his harness, and before you know it the door is open.
You will get to enjoy 35 seconds or so freefall (15 seconds longer from 13,000 feet) until the parachute opens and you cruise back down to the ground.
Our previous customers highly recommend (especially those doing their first skydive) that you ask for the jump to be captured on video, and/or photographed. The memories contained in the DVD/CD are amazing, and you will be forever showing friends and family how you enjoyed the ultimate adrenaline rush.
